Here are a couple of our favorites:
- Sausage Benedict – 2 poached eggs over a Jimmy Dean sausage patty on an English muffin, topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with hashbrowns or home fried potatoes.
- Salmon Scrambler - Farm fresh eggs scrambled with grilled salmon, cream cheese and spinach. Light and tasty! Served with toast, hashbrowns or home fried potatoes.
- Breakfast Veggie Quesadilla – Spinach tortilla with eggs, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, yellow squash, cheddar & feta cheeses, topped with tomatoes, green onions, and more cheddar cheese.
- Farmer’s Omelet – Diced ham, bacon, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and Tillamook cheddar cheese.
- Meat Lover’s Skillet – Home made fries with Italian sausage, bacon, ham, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, and topped with two fried eggs.
